Trip requests and planning conversations

Submitting a trip request does not create a confirmed booking, reservation, price hold, refund right, or contract for travel services. A request starts a planning conversation and may be followed by questions, ideas, options, or next steps.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information, traveler details, dates, preferences, accessibility needs, and other information that could affect planning. Any actual booking or planning engagement may be subject to separate written confirmations, invoices, disclosures, or supplier terms.

Travel suppliers, prices, and availability

Travel products and services may be provided by airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, insurance companies, payment processors, or other independent suppliers. Those suppliers control their own prices, schedules, inventory, fees, rules, contracts, cancellation policies, refund terms, documentation requirements, and liability terms.

Prices, promotions, taxes, fees, schedules, entry requirements, and availability can change without notice. Nothing on this website guarantees a particular price, itinerary, supplier, experience, travel outcome, or availability.

Traveler responsibilities

Before purchase and departure, travelers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, destinations, costs, passports, visas, entry and health requirements, travel advisories, insurance choices, accessibility needs, baggage rules, supplier terms, and cancellation deadlines.

Travelers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and supplier requirements and for obtaining required identification and travel documents. Government, medical, immigration, insurance, and emergency questions should be directed to the appropriate authority or qualified professional.

Payments, changes, cancellations, and insurance

The website trip-request form does not process payment. If a deposit, payment, invoice, booking, change, or cancellation is later arranged, the applicable written confirmation, payment processor, supplier policy, and planning agreement will control.

Unless separately confirmed in writing, submitting a request does not reserve space or lock in a price. Travel insurance may be available through independent providers; coverage decisions and claims are governed by the insurance policy and provider.

Email, calls, and text messages

If you provide contact information and consent to follow-up, you authorize Bucket List World Travel to contact you about your trip request by the method you selected. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You may ask us to stop non-essential messages or texts at any time. Consent to text messages is not a condition of purchasing travel.

Website content and intellectual property

We try to keep website information useful and current, but travel information changes quickly and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated third-party details. Confirm important information before relying on it.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, text, and original media are owned by or licensed to Bucket List World Travel and may not be copied, republished, or commercially reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the website for unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or spam-related purposes.
• Do not submit false information or another person's personal information without permission.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems.

Information you submit

You give Bucket List World Travel permission to use information you submit as reasonably needed to respond, communicate with you, maintain private records, and continue trip planning. Do not submit payment card numbers, passport numbers, government identification numbers, medical records, loyalty account credentials, or other sensitive information that is not needed at the inquiry stage.
